Athletic Information Coordinator

The Athletic Information Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing communication, information, and digital media initiatives for the Athletics Department. This includes developing and maintaining athletic websites, producing and distributing electronic newsletters, managing social media campaigns, and ensuring accurate statistical reporting in compliance with NJCAA and institutional standards.

In addition, the coordinator supports live event operations by assisting with game management and ensuring that all operational and administrative requirements for home and away contests are executed efficiently. The role plays a key part in promoting the visibility of the athletics program, enhancing fan engagement, and delivering a professional, high-quality experience for student-athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators.

The Athletic Information Coordinator works collaboratively with Athletic staff, student workers, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information and seamless execution of digital and live event operations.
