What counts against a plan

Roles we already list cost nothing
Your openings appear on EduJobs whether or not you ever sign in, and candidates can always reach your own application. That never counts against a plan.

You pay for a posting you manage
A posting counts when you post it here, import it, or take over a listed role by switching applications on. Switch it back to your own link and the slot is released.

Where candidates apply is your call
Your applicant system, your website, an email address, or here. The apply method never changes what you pay.
How districts pay
- Purchase order or invoice, net 30, with a W-9 on request. Your postings turn on right away.
- Or pay by card and start the same minute.
- Charter schools and private schools pay the same prices as districts.
- Public school districts are sales-tax exempt.
Questions about paying
- What does it cost to post a job?
- Posting is free, and always has been. You can put a role up in a few minutes with no account and no card. Paying is for collecting applications here rather than on your own system. Card or purchase order, whichever your back office prefers. $79 for one posting, $990 for a pack of 25, or Unlimited from $399 a month priced by enrollment.
- Our district is already listed. How do we take it over?
- Claim it with a work email on your district's domain. The page, its postings and anyone who applies come under your control. There is no charge for claiming.
- Why are we on EduJobs when we never signed up?
- Because your openings are public and candidates are looking for them. Every posting carries your name and sends applicants to your own system. If you would rather not be listed, write to us and we will take you off.
