General Maintenance/HVAC/Preventative Maintenance/Lighting Technician

2026-2027 - General Maintenance/HVAC/Preventative Maintenance/Lighting Technician - Full-time position; requires valid Texas Driver's License and 6 months of related experience. Responsibilities include performing general maintenance and repair of building structures and their mechanical, electrical, and sanitary systems throughout the district; assisting with the maintenance of grounds; performing preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment, and lighting systems; perform other construction work as needed. Must be able to organize and perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance, follow verbal and written instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently. Hourly pay range for position is $20.64 - $24.87; rate will be based on experience.
