There's a place for you in education. Whether you're just starting your journey or looking to make a meaningful change, we invite you to join a community where your work truly matters. This event brings together most school districts in Chester County, offering a unique opportunity to explore a wide range of careers in education—all in one place.

We want to help you to find opportunities to grow, feel supported, and make a lasting impact in the lives of students and families. We welcome all backgrounds, experiences, and passions—because every student deserves someone who believes in them, and that someone could be you. Build a career with purpose, be part of something bigger, and discover a place where you belong.
