Riverside Academy, a public charter school serving EK�8th grade students on Cincinnati's westside, is seeking a Daily Substitute Teacher to join our close-knit, supportive team.

At Riverside, you'll step into a nurturing environment where teachers and staff work together to help every child succeed�academically and socially. Whether filling in for a day or longer, you'll play a key role in keeping learning on track and creating a positive classroom experience.

What You'll Do

• Teach and manage classrooms using provided lesson plans.
• Adapt instruction to meet student needs.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with staff and communicate with families as needed.
• Support a school culture that prioritizes growth and community.

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio teaching license (any content area).
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to student success and comfort working in an urban school setting.
• Ability to pass background checks.
