About this role

We are seeking a Long-Term Substitute Adaptive PE Teacher from November through late December to inspire and support our P-12 students. If you're passionate about inclusive education and helping children of all abilities thrive, we'd love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt physical education curriculum to meet diverse student needs across PreK through 12th grade.
  • Collect progress data and write clear IEPs using Same Goal.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, intervention specialists, and families to foster an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

  • Valid Ohio Department of Education (ODE) Teaching or Substitute License (Required).
  • Adaptive Physical Education or Special Education experience (Preferred).
  • Experience writing IEPs and tracking student data.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Role: Long-Term Substitute Adaptive Physical Education (APE) Teacher
Grades: PreK – 12th Grade (P-12)
Dates: November – Late December, 2026
Pay: $130.00 / day
