Teaching Assistant

SALARY: $24,000

BENEFITS: Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits and will be entered into the appropriate NJ Pension Program

Ewing Public Schools anticipates employment opportunities for a Teaching Assistant. The duties of this position are to assist teachers and school administration in establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and orderly atmosphere for students. Duties also include serving as a Substitute Teacher when necessary.

The Teaching Assistant position is a full-time position and is eligible for benefits including medical, dental and prescription coverage 60 days from start date.

Candidates must have or be eligible to apply for the New Jersey Substitute Teaching Certificate. To be eligible for the Substitute Teaching Certificate, you must have 30 college credits.
