12 Month Evening Custodian - Fairborn Middle School

POSITION: 12 Month Evening Custodian
LOCATION: Fairborn Middle School
SALARY: Starting pay: $21.18/hour, 8 hours per day
Work schedule: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
DEADLINE: November 3, 2026

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have demonstrated pride, initiative, and good work habits in past work experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate and deal with students, teachers, parents, and public.
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitary procedures, and building security.
• Knowledge of the operation and safety of equipment (buffers, mowers, trimmers, snow removal equipment).
• Ability and experience in repairing furniture, equipment, lockers, restroom fixtures.
• Working knowledge of heating/ventilating systems and grounds care.
• Physical ability to move furniture, supplies, equipment – load/unload vehicles.
• Applications will be reviewed and interviews may be limited.
