Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in budget development, financial analysis, or grant administration
• Experience with Oracle (or comparable enterprise financial system), grant budget development, advanced financial analysis skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (G-Suite), preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local grant funding requirements and the grant lifecycle
• Ability to interpret and apply complex financial guidelines
• Strong problem-solving skills in financial and budgetary contexts
• Advanced skills in analyzing financial activities, budget analysis, and preparation
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
