Qualifications:
Education/Certification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Legal, or a related field
• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Legal Studies, or Educational Administration, preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management, employee relations, legal, or public school administration
• Previous school district experience, preferably in the state of Texas
