Elementary School Secretary

Secretary Level 1A

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Sheets, Docs, preferred)
• Working knowledge of office procedures, equipment, etc.
• Prior School office experience preferred
• Bilingual a plus

Salary:

• Based on Salary Guide Secretary 1A and experience
• External Applicants $47,999 to $52,099
• Internal Applicants - Full credit for HTSD Secretarial Experience

Effective:

• 2026-2027 school year
