Physical Education Classroom Aides Pool 2026-2027

Job Pool for all individuals interested in applying for Elementary Physical Education Paraprofessionals. Individuals can apply here for current and/or anticipated vacancies. Principals will screen applications in this job posting when vacancies develop at their campuses.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Assist the teacher in the preparation and management of classroom activities and administrative requirements. Work under the supervision of a certified teacher.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:

• High School Diploma/GED
• An Associate's Degree or higher, or the equivalent of at least 48 semester credit hours from an accredited college or university
• Educational Aide Certificate or Bachelor's Degree

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to work well with children
• Knowledge of general office equipment

Experience:

• One year experience in working in an educational environment preferred.

CALENDAR: 187 work days
SALARY: Contingent on Experience
Minimum - $18,700
