Guest Educator Pool (2026-2027)

Before applying to become a Guest Educator with Indian River County Schools, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Completion of at least 60 college credit hours, or an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college or university, with a minimum GPA of 2.5
• Completion of STEDI online training and testing, if required
• Successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings, including workplace screening and fingerprinting

In addition, candidates must:

• Have reliable internet access
• Be physically capable of performing the duties of a guest educator
• Have dependable transportation
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, frequently lift up to 20 pounds, and lift up to 10 pounds as needed to move objects
• Be available to work Monday through Friday across all grade levels and subject areas
