The Academy of Lake Hills North, in beautiful Howey-in-the-Hills, is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for students in grades K-6 who face behavioral and mental health challenges. In addition to academic instruction, our ESE special day school focuses on positive behavior supports and intensive interventions, helping students navigate their emotions and build the skills necessary for a safe and successful transition back to their general education setting. Provides specially designed instruction to students with the most significant social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, primarily students with an EBD, in a separate class, resource room or general education setting.
