REQUIREMENTS:

**Must have 3 or more years of service as a campus administrator (including the year of application)

Primary Purpose:
The Prospective Principal Program is a leadership development opportunity for current Leander ISD administrators who aspire to become principals in LISD. The program will prepare participants to effectively lead diverse campuses and positively impact student success through focus on the components of LISD's Campus Leadership Profile. The program will meet monthly beginning September 2026. The cohort will complete the program in April 2027. The program will be coordinated by LISD Area Superintendents in partnership with our Teaching and Learning department and current LISD principals.
