Substitute Nurse / Health Aide

Substitute Nurse (LPN or RN) to substitute as needed for the positions of health professional (building nurse) or personal nurse (one-on-one nurse) within the district
-->Required License: must hold a valid nursing license from the Ohio Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
Health Aide to substitute as needed to cover absence/vacancy of building health professional and/or provide additional assistance within the district for other related medical activites
-->Required Certificate: must hold a Medical Assisting (one-year technical certificate) from Lorain County Community College (LCCC) or other accredited educational institution
Classification: non-union, hourly-paid
Reports to: Health Professional(s) and building administrators
Hourly Rate: $21.75 per hour (Substitute Health professional), $17.00 per hour (Health Aide)
