Primary Purpose:

Serve as the operational communications hub for the Maintenance Department by administering the CMMS, coordinating work order intake and emergency dispatch, maintaining asset records, supporting preventive maintenance, and producing maintenance operational reports for use by the Director of Maintenance.

Qualification Guidelines:

Education/Certifications:

High school diploma or GED

Associate degree from an accredited college or university (desired)

Experience:

Secretarial

Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Ability to type 50 words per minute

Ability to keep accurate records

Working knowledge of Word Perfect and Excel software as well as Microsoft Systems

Excellent communications writing skills

Good human relation skills ability to work well with others

Good telephone etiquette
