Contractor Application & Background Check Policy

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Manor ISD. To ensure the safety and security of our campuses, all contracted companies and independent contractors must comply with the following application and vetting procedures.

Prerequisites for Application

Before any contractor personnel can be processed or approved for service, two baseline requirements must be met:

• Active MOU: All companies and individual contractors must have a fully executed, active Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on file with Manor ISD.
• District Sponsorship: Only applicants officially submitted by an internal Manor ISD contact person or department representative will be processed by Human Resources.

Submission of application permits Manor ISD to conduct a background check.

If approved, Human Resources will coordinate with the internal Manor ISD contact person or department and this person will reach out to your company. If you are an individual contractor, the internal Manor ISD contact person will reach out directly to you.
