• Position:: Substitute School Nurse: RN
• School:: District
• Qualifications:
• Valid nursing license in the State of Illinois,CPR and AED, First Aid Certification; Vision and Hearing, Certification preferred;
• Computer skills, including Microsoft and Excel;
• Administer nursing care: injury/illness to elementary school students;
• Maintain accurate student records and submit timely, accurate reports;
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, parents and community;
• Interact regularly with Department of Health and other healthcare providers/agencies;
• Maintain confidentiality of all student and school business records;
• May be required to travel to other schools, in-district, for emergency or other clinical situations.

Salary:: $29.00/HR
