As a Paraprofessional, you will support teachers by assisting with classroom activities and helping students with individual learning needs, including those with special needs, learning difficulties, or language barriers. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.

Hourly Pay Range: $20.93 - $25.43
Annual Pay Range: $27,250.00 to $33,109.86
Hourly Rate: Based on years of full-time, verified, directly related experience working with students.

Paraprofessional Degree Bonus/Supplement: (Please note that supplements are prorated)

• Associate Degree: $1,200.00 annual supplement
• Bachelor's Degree: $1,500.00 annual supplement
• Master's or Doctorate Degree: $1,800.00 annual supplement

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or
• 60 College Credits or
• High School Diploma+ Passing score on the Parapro Asssessment of 450 or higher
