Pest Control Specialist - Maintenance

As Assigned by Maintenance Director

Education:

High school diploma or GED

Certificates/License Requirements:
Valid Drivers License

Valid Noncommercial Certified Applicator license granted by the Texas Department of Agriculture

Experience Required:

One year pest control applicator experience

Knowledge/Skills:

Knowledge of methods and materials for pest control and TDA regulations

Ability to implement policy and procedures

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to operate pesticide application equipment

Physical/Mental Demands:
Heavy lifting up to 45+lbs; Frequent standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting; work in tiring and uncomfortable positions; Maintain emotional control under stress
