Classified Substitute

Olmsted Falls City School District is looking for classified substitutes for the 2025-2026 school year. This posting is for new candidates that are not currently on Olmsted Falls substitute list.

Beginning 3/2/2026, in partnership with the Renhill Group, classified subs will need to complete the Renhill Application in order to work in Olmsted Falls City Schools as a substitute.

Hourly Rate :

• Please see the attached rate sheet for the various Classified Substitute Rates.

• Requirements:
• BCI/FBI Fingerprinting
• Valid Drivers License or State ID
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Additional Requirements:

- Substitutes in the following classifications are required to have an Educational Aide Permit.

• Lunch/Recess Aide
• Monitors
• Library/Media Aide
• Paraporfessional
• Teacher Aide

- The permit is obtained through the Ohio Department of Education and currently costs $25. This cost is the responsiblity of the applicant. During the application process you will be asked for the district's identifying information. Applicant's should use 04573 as the district's ID number.

Upon hire, background checks will be completed at Olmsted Falls Board of Education.
