Job Vacancy Announcement for the 2026-2027 School Year

Part-time High School Spanish Teacher

This position requires BS/BA minimum: AZ Standard Professional Certification and appropriately certified to teach high school Spanish; SEI endorsement required. Must have or be eligible for AZ IVP fingerprint clearance. Teacher with 5 or more years experience teaching high school science preferred, but not required.

Other Information:

• Up to ten (10) years credit may be given for previous experience for initial placement on the Certified Salary Schedule.

• Eligible for additional salary through other supplemental programs (301 and Title II)

• Benefits include Life Insurance, Arizona State Retirement, and undifferentiated leave.

• The District pays $25 to forfeit planning period to substitute for another teacher

• In addition, athletic stipends may be available
