ESI Returning to PUSD - Certified and Administrative

Welcome back to Peoria and thank you for all of your years of dedication to educating our children! Please submit your application to continue the process of returning to PUSD. When applying to return please mark that you are a current employee with PUSD. * Please Note* The items listed below will be required later in the process.

• I-9 approved proofs of identification, see form
• Valid Teaching Certificate
• Valid IVP Card
• Upload recent Transcripts that may not be in current personnel file

Please note: Badges will be given as needed. There should be no disruption to your district account access.
