JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide once weekly enrichment opportunities for G&T students with a focus on critical thinking, STEM, and cross-curricular experiences. Group will meet once per week for one hour before school.

SALARY: As per agreement between the Phillipsburg Board of Education and the Phillipsburg Education Association hourly rate of $44 per hour for a total of 20 hours each.

QUALIFICATIONS, MANDATORY:

• New Jersey Teacher Certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to communicate with students, parents, school staff, and community
• Current PES employees
• Participate in a state mandated 2-hour training for Gifted & Talented Teachers.
