Police Officer

Description of Job Duties: Protection of life and property; the enforcement of laws and ordinances; prevention and investigation of crimes and maintenance of order, and positive engagement with community members. Experience and Other Qualifications Required: U.S. Resident High School Diploma or Equivalent Applicant must have experience as a commissioned law enforcement officer. Applicant must possess a Texas Peace Officer Certification; an Intermediate Peace Officer Certification or higher is preferred Ability to read and write the English language Pass a stringent background investigation and drug screening Valid Texas Driver's License
