Full-time Custodian

REPORTS TO : Plant Foreman and Principal
JOB GOAL: Provide students with a safe, clean, environment in which to learn

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keep buildings (including classrooms, hallways and bathrooms) and premises (including sidewalks, parking lots and driveways) clean at all times.

Oversee set up and break down of evening athletic events

Make minor building repairs. Report major repairs or damage to school property to the Director of Operations.

Assume responsibility for the closing of the building each school day and determine before leaving that all doors and windows are secured, and all lights are turned off.

Care for supplies and equipment and requisition needed replacements far enough in advance so that they may be delivered in such time as will not hinder duties.

Move furniture or equipment within buildings as required for various activities and as directed by the Director of Operations.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
