Work Days:

• 10 months; 182 days

Description:

• Ensures appropriate quality and quantities of food are prepared and served by the latest foodservice trends and meet menu requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and safety practices.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Preferred Level I TASN Certification
• Must complete 32 hours in safety, customer service and sanitation by the end of the first calendar year of employment � TASN Level I Certification
• Must have ability to read, write and understand verbal instruction in English
