High School Family & Consumer Science Teacher, LTS 26-27 SY

CUSD 303 is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a High School Family & Consumer Science Teacher, LTS at Compass Academy. PEL with (6-12) or (9-12) FACS Endorsement required. Anticipated dates of LTS 11/5/26 - 1/4/27.

To work as part of our Substitute Team, you will need one of the following: a Valid and active Illinois Professional Teaching License (PEL), Illinois Substitute Teaching License (SUB) (requires a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher education). We do not accept Short Term Substitute Teaching Licenses in D303.

• Long Term Substitute Teacher Rate: $220 per day

In addition to the online application, a valid Substitute or PEL license, two letters of reference, and a fingerprint-based background check from the Kane County ROE must be provided.
