Sunray CISD is seeking a caring, dependable, and organized individual to serve as the Director of Bobcat Den Daycare.

The Daycare Director will oversee the daily operations of the daycare while providing a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for children and staff.

• Responsibilities include:
• Oversee daily daycare operations and staff
• Maintain compliance with Texas Child Care Licensing requirements
• Manage staff schedules and child-to-caregiver ratios
• Maintain required records and documentation
• Communicate effectively with parents, employees, and district administration
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising daycare staff
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Perform other duties related to the successful operation of the daycare

• Qualifications:
• Must meet Texas Child Care Licensing requirements for a child-care center director
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, responsible, and able to lead a team
• Experience working in child care or early childhood education preferred
