Title I Instructional Aide

Premier High School – Fort Worth Southside

Position Summary:
Premier High School – Fort Worth Southside is seeking a dependable, student-centered Title I Instructional Aide to support teachers and students in our accelerated, individualized high school program. This position works directly with individual students and small groups, provides classroom and instructional support, assists with student supervision, and helps maintain an organized and productive learning environment.

Preferred Candidate:
We are especially interested in candidates with:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience working with high school students
• Experience in education, tutoring, intervention, mentoring, or other student-support settings
• Strong technology, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships while maintaining appropriate expectations and accountability
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED and meet the required college-hour/degree requirements for the position (Associate's degree or 60 college credit hours). A valid Texas Paraprofessional Certificate or the ability to obtain one upon hire is also required.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting individual students and small groups with assigned instructional activities
• Assisting teachers with accelerated student instruction
• Monitoring and supervising students as needed throughout the school day
• Helping students remain engaged, organized, and productive
• Assisting with instructional materials, records, reports, and campus activities
• Participating as an active member of the Southside instructional team
