Assistant Swim (GIRLS) Coach

Anticipated Vacancy for a High School (Girls) Assistant Swim Coach for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with the head coach in the planning and execution of daily structured practices focusing on competitive stroke mechanics, turns, starts, and finish strategies.
• Collaborate with head coach on overall program development.
• Supervise athletes before, during, and after meets, invitationals, and practice sessions.
• Organize home meets and invitationals with head coach.
• Maintain a safe environment on the pool deck, monitor athlete health, and enforce pool safety rules at all times.
• Travel with team to away meets and invitationals
• Model and promote good sportsmanship
• Communicate with parents, players, and athletic department staff
• Must be available for morning, after-school, and weekend practices

Qualification:

• All required clearances, physical and TB test, and District requirements must be completed before employment.
