Substitute Teacher

Substitute Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. On Call/At Will - $150/day. Long term assignments - $225/day.

Candidates for substitute positions must hold an Illinois professional educator license or substitute teaching license to serve as a substitute teacher. A substitute teaching license, valid for substitute teaching in grades PreK-12, may be issued to individuals who hold a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher education, or a short term substitute teaching license can be obtained with 60 or more hours of college credit or an associate's degree.
