• REPORTS TO: Principal and Director of Special Education
• QUALIFICATIONS:
• Illinois Registered Nurse License
• PEL endorsed in school nursing with training to provide services in IEP meetings requiring medical plans and goals.
• An interest and/or experience in working with children in grades Pre-K through 8.
• Training and experience in managing diabetes plans.
• Excellent attention to details in the handling of medical records and the administration of doctor-prescribed medication to children.
• A strong commitment to professional excellence.
• The ability to work collaboratively with others.
• A willingness to participate in staff development opportunities.

WORK YEAR: School Year (9 1/2 months)
SALARY: Per WEA contract.
STARTING DATE: When Needed
