Substitute Instructional Aide

We require the following information for all Substitute Instructional Aides:

• Paraprofessional approval through the Lake County Regional Office of Education.
• Valid Paraprofessional Certificate for Illinois.
• Driver's License
• Social Security Card (if unavailable, passport or birth certificate will be required)
