TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Under the direction of the Director of Information Technology or designee, the Technical Support
Specialist supports the College's IT operations, infrastructure, ERP systems, software
applications, and network services; assists with system administration, user account management,
access control, technology deployments, system updates, cybersecurity initiatives, data backup
and recovery processes, and IT service requests; maintains technology inventory and
documentation; supports enterprise applications and operational technology projects; and helps
ensure the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the College's technology environment and
daily IT operations.

This position offers a competitive starting salary of $38,000 – $50,000, along with a comprehensive college benefits package.
