WIOA Adult Program Coordinator

The WIOA Adult Program Coordinator provides oversight and implementation of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) federally funded grant program. This includes recruitment of a diverse population, ensuring that participants receive the full scope of WIOA eligible training programs, and supportive assistance to aid in successful outcomes.

Supervisor Responsibilities
Manage one staff member, which includes:

• Overseeing daily operations and guiding team members to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Conducting regular check-ins and delivering constructive feedback.
• Addressing and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensuring compliance with college and grant policies, procedures, and regulations.
