P/T Instructional Technology Support Specialist

The Successful Candidate Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, Business, or related discipline.
• At least two years of experience providing guidance, training, and instruction to employees, customers, or adult learners.
• Ability to learn new technological platforms and convey high-level understanding to others.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to deliver training sessions in clear, concise understandable terms.

Even Better If You Have

• Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Prior experience working in higher education.
• Experience in the use of a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, D2L, Pearson Learning Studio, or similar.
• Experience delivering workshops and/or training sessions to employees, stakeholders, or adult learners.
