Social Work Faculty Program Director

Qualifications

• MSW from a CSWE-accredited program; Doctorate preferred and required for a tenure-track appointment
• At least two years of post-master’s social work degree practice experience in social work
• Demonstrated experience in or potential for BSW program development or leadership, including curriculum design and field education.
• Substantive experience with assessment, accreditation preparation, and competency-based evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior leadership in launching or significantly developing a social work program.
• Experience supporting pathways from BSW to MSW program development.
