Residence Hall Director

Oversees the operation, maintenance, and administration of residence halls and supervises resident assistants. Maintains an atmosphere conducive to the health, safety and well-being of all residents.

The Residence Hall Director position is a full-time live-in position in a university residence hall, focused on community engagement and student development. This position will supervise and support a student staff team made up of Resident Advisors. Key responsibilities include building management, efficient administration, supervision, community engagement, crisis management, and student success. This position will report directly to an Assistant Director of Residence Life.
