About this role
The Instructional Technologist manages, evaluates, and supports the College’s Learning Management System (LMS) across online, hybrid, and web-augmented courses. This position provides technical administration, system troubleshooting, and direct support for academic courses and self-paced modules. Additionally, the role creates technical documentation and conducts LMS training for faculty, staff, and students to ensure reliable digital course operations.
