Maintenance Mechanic I

Performs maintenance and repair of building facilities. Must perform tasks that span many trades,
including, but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, painting, and plumbing. Must be willing to work
overtime as the requirement may rise. Is subject to being recalled to the campus for "after hours"
work.
