Educational Support Coordinator

The Educational Support Coordinator, under the direction of the Director of the Academic Learning Center, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Academic Learning Center (ALC) computer labs, Information Commons, and the Math Success Centers (MSC). The incumbent.develops and implements targeted tutoring programs for STEM students. Responsibilities include the development of content for traditional classrooms, student computer labs, the college’s portal, and the department’s LMS shell. In addition, the incumbent works with professional tutors, peer tutors, and faculty to ensure effective delivery of tutorial services. In collaboration with the Director of the Academic Learning Center, the incumbent develops and maintains services responsive to ALC student needs. The incumbent must travel among campuses as directed or as necessary to meet the needs of the position. Flexible hours required.
