Transfer Transition Generalist

Under the direction of the Dean of Scotch Plains and Post-Completion Success, the Transfer Transition Generalist provides proactive, data-informed support to UCNJ graduates and prospective graduates as they transition to four-year institutions and progress toward bachelor’s degree completion. The Generalist manages an assigned caseload, conducts targeted outreach, assists students in navigating transfer-related barriers, tracks engagement, and post-completion outcomes. The Generalist also serves as the operational lead for designated selective transfer, scholarship, and partnership opportunities and collaborates with internal and external partners to expand pathways to bachelor’s degree attainment.
