Substitute Teacher (Non- Certified)

PER-DIEM SUBSTITUTES (NON-CERTIFIED)

Non-certified applicants for teaching substitute positions should have at minimum:

• Bachelors degree
• Classroom teaching experience preferred
• Will only be allowed to work for 40 days/year.
• All positions must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education before employment processing (see attached)

Salary for non-certified substitutes: $130/day
NOTE: The district withholds the right to change substitute placements in the event of an emergency.
