Post-Secondary Electrical Instructor

Effective: 2026-2027 school year

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field;
• Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods;
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to connect real-world experience to the classroom and apply new code;
• Required proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

REPORTS TO: Post-Secondary Program Coordinator
SALARY: Hourly, as per the BOE-approved MCTS Salary/Wage Guide for Hourly and Per Diem Employees
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Part-time, as needed, as per the Post-Secondary Program calendar
