SALARY: Per Substitute Salary Guide

Timeframe · Substitute Certificate ND (No Degree - no teaching degree) · NJ Teaching Degree
Days 1-10 · $110.00 per diem · $115.00 per diem
Days 11+ · $135.00 per diem · $150.00 per diem
After 3 years in District, Day 1 · $155.00 per diem · $170.00 per diem

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid NJ Teaching or Substitute Certificate from NJ Ed Cert
• Positive interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess a strong ability to work collaboratively
• Willing to provide a supportive and engaging learning environment that empowers students
• Motivated to adhere to focused district goals of student achievement and well-being, working in a small PreK-8 district
