District Maintenance/Grounds I (Anticipated)

SUMMARY:

The District Maintenance/Groundskeeper I maintains and enhances all district-wide buildings and grounds. This position works collaboratively with other members of the maintenance department to complete the task at hand.

The starting date for the position is July 1, 2026.

Position Description:

Full-time, 8 hours per day, 261 days per year, Hours: 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (with a ½ hour unpaid lunch)

Hourly Wage Range: $19.25-$19.75

Full-time benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Retirement benefits through the Pennsylvania Public School Employees Retirement System (PSERS). Paid time off includes sick, personal, vacation, and nine paid holidays per school year.
