Athletic Trainer (Hourly)

The Binghamton City School District is seeking a candidate to fill the Athletic Trainer position for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a year-round, hourly, as-needed position.

Athletic Trainer

Under the general supervision of a licensed physician and the district athletic director, the incumbent of this position is responsible for the care, prevention, and treatment of athletic injuries involving student-athletes and works to improve the physical fitness of athletes for participation in various sports programs.

• Fingerprint Clearance and New York State Mandated Workshops.
• Certification as an Athletic Trainer in accordance with Article 162 of the New York State Education Law.
• Current certification in CPR for the Professional Rescuer/AED or a current EMT certification is required.
