Substitute Teacher Per Diem, BMS 26-27

Job Description:
Provide instructional coverage in the absence of the regular classroom teacher; implement pre-prepared lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, ensure a productive learning environment; and support students in their academic progress. Strong communication skills, classroom management abilities, and flexibility are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow and implement lesson plans left by the regular teacher.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Provide instruction, support, and supervision to students.
• Adapt teaching methods to fit the needs of various grade levels and subjects.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and administration.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance as required.
• Uphold school policies and procedures.

Salary: $125 per day
